Poke Pola

I love Poke Pola! The fish is always so fresh, the staff is always so kind and so friendly, and the prices are great! I get a regular bowl (three scoops of protein) with avocado, and it ends up being 14. I feel like that’s such a deal for sushi grade fish. Plus, they now have the cutest little parklet in addition to their regular patio. This is one of my favorite go-to spots in Long Beach!

Great food! Love this poke bowl. It’s also massive for a regular. I kinda wish they had a smaller version. They can get pretty busy in there.

Delicious poke and tastes really fresh! Probably my fav poke spot in Long Beach. I love sitting outside and enjoying the view of Second Street. Service is great and quick. I usually get regular with half rice and half salad with the salmon and the octopus. The portions are also generous. My favorite sauce is the Nirvana and house sauce together.

5 Stars! This restaurant has been my go to spot for the last 2 years that I’ve been living in Long Beach. I always find my way to Poke Pola for lunch or dinner wether I walk, bike, or drive. They are located off 2nd street which is a great place to be. 2nd street has tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, desserts, and so much more all around. There is tons of meter street parking but it’s always full (Good Luck) they also have meter parking in the back. Poke Pola offers a great selection of everything. You walk up to place your order and choose your size, base, protein, greens, spice factor, and toppings. Everything is to your liking so if you would like less or more sauce, you can just let them know and they will do just that. Everything is always fresh, every time i go in I say “it smells fishy” in a good way lol The portions are just right, most people I take say “wow, this is a lot” but I’m like “give me more please” lol They have indoor and outdoor seating, so feel free to bring the pups and enjoy the outdoor seating. The service is always great, the owners are always present and from the outside looking in, they always seem to be doing anything and everything they ask their employees to do. The staff usually seem to be a younger group and they are always very friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable on the menu and always helpful with suggestions if needed. Everyone seems to work very well together which is one of the main reasons I love coming back. A great team and environment brings in returning customers. I’m a raving fan of Poke Pola and I can’t wait to hear how much you love it as well. Enjoy!

This is my go to poke restaurant in Long Beach. I absolutely love it. Wide variety of fish options. I usually order yellow tail, salmon and scallops. My favorite sauce options are “live a little” and “nirvana”. Both are perfectly spicy. It’s more of a heat and flavor than it is spice which makes for a wonderful taste. I also love that all toppings are included in the bowl (even avocado!). It only costs extra for extra toppings.

My favorite place for lunch. I go minimum 5 times a month. So fresh and so much poke. Always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend

Best Poke Bowl restaurant around. Great portions and quality. This is on my weekly lunch stop rotation. Highly recommended and supporting a local family owned restaurants is always my first choice.
